Improve cleanliness in hallways and rooms!!! Address the urgent need for room upgrades and maintenance of amenities!!! A thorough overhaul of the property would make a world of difference!!!

motel 6-el paso, tx, southeast has a great outdoor pool and clean hallways. the location is convenient for laundry services, especially for refinery workers. the housekeeper, rachel, was fantastic and really attentive to any concerns we had. everything smelled fresh upon entering.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and odor of our room. The overwhelming cigarette smell greeted us at the door. Despite attempts to talk to the manager, we encountered unhelpful staff. Future guests should check for cleanliness before settling in.
